We hired Fawssett Consulting to do what we thought would be a ‘quick and dirty’ piece of research. They did indeed do the research quickly, but ended up providing a huge amount of insight, way beyond what we were expecting. Fawssett Consulting was proactive, took ownership of the objectives of the research and really led our thinking. The debrief was more than a debrief, it was a planning session that helped drive our thinking to the next level.
